The Digital Repository of Ireland (DRI) and the National Open Research Forum (NORF) are looking forward to attending the 24th Research Data Alliance (RDA) Virtual Plenary on 7–11 April 2025.
This fully virtual meeting will feature keynote presentations on the theme of ‘Data for Emerging Technologies’ and host working sessions for numerous research data Interest and Working Groups at globally accessible times. As a key international event, the RDA Plenary fosters collaboration among experts in research data management, open science, and data governance, providing a vital platform for knowledge exchange.
DRI and NORF’s Participation
Lisa Griffith (Director at DRI), Beth Knazook (Project Manager, Research Data at DRI), Michelle Doran (National Open Research Coordinator at NORF), and Ailís O’Carroll (National Open Research Support Officer at NORF) will join discussions on research assessment, persistent identifiers, and the adoption of RDA outputs, reinforcing DRI and NORF’s commitment to open and FAIR research. DRI serves as the coordinator of the RDA Regional Group for Ireland.
