The UN Secretary-General’s Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) has adopted a landmark statement on Open Science, led by the International Science Council (ISC).

The statement recognises open science as vital for advancing research, linking science with policy and society, and tackling global inequality – while warning that growing barriers to collaboration threaten its benefits.

The SAB calls on the global community to advance open science for the benefit of all.

At NORF, we share this commitment to open, inclusive and collaborative science as the foundation for a more equitable and sustainable future.
