On March 18, 2025, the GATE initiative hosted it’s first community meeting, aimed at introducing the GATE platform and it’s mission to foster collaboration and advance Open Science education across Europe. The meeting provided an opportunity for research communities to explore how they can join and benefit from GATE’s unique services.

GATE serves as an agile knowledge hub that collects and provides feedback on the development of Open Science practices, offering a range of services designed to support and engage research communities. By participating in the event, attendees gained insights into the GATE’s inner system, benefits of engaging, and the potential for future collaboration.
