Franklin is Programme Manager Open Science at TU Delft, Director of Research at TU Delft’s Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment and Scientific Directtuor of the 4TU Centre Built Environment. He has been board member of the Royal Netherlands Society for Built Heritage (KNOB) and the Dutch Chapter of the Council on Vertical Urbanism (previously known as CTBUH).
