Join the launch of Open Repositories Ireland (ORI) and become part of a collective effort to shape the future of Green open research in Ireland.

ORI is a new membership community dedicated to enhancing open research practices across Irish repositories. ORI aims to foster collaboration among repository professionals, provide training, share best practices, and advocate for open access within the Irish research ecosystem.

ORI is an outcome of the two-year project ‘Open Access Repository Assessment and Alignment’ funded by the National Open Research Forum’s 2022 Open Research Fund. Led by the University of Galway, the project brings together a consortium of fourteen institutional and organisational partners to enhance Ireland’s open repository landscape.
